Job Description:
The Reunion Giving Officer plays a critical role in advancing Manhattanville University's philanthropic priorities by leading strategic reunion fundraising efforts focused on milestone reunion classes and leadership-level alumni engagement. This frontline fundraising position is responsible for developing and implementing reunion giving strategies that increase alumni participation, strengthen volunteer engagement, and secure leadership and major gifts that advance the University's mission and strategic priorities.
The Reunion Giving Officer will manage a portfolio of reunion and leadership giving prospects, with a focus on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding alumni capable of making gifts ranging from $1,000 to $25,000 and above. This role serves as a key connector among Annual Giving, Alumni Relations, Leadership Giving, and Major Gifts, helping to build a sustainable donor pipeline while creating meaningful and engaging reunion experiences for alumni.
Working closely with reunion volunteers and the Alumni Relations team, the Reunion Giving Officer will coordinate fundraising strategies for milestone reunion classes, including targeted outreach, peer-to-peer solicitation efforts, reunion campaigns, and donor stewardship initiatives.
This position is ideal for an energetic, relationship-driven advancement professional who is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about alumni engagement and fundraising. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to donor-centered relationship building.
