Columbia State Community College is looking for experienced subject matter experts to teach non-credit, open enrollment classes that help individuals upskill for career advancement or pursue personal enrichment. We offer part-time opportunities in workforce development and lifelong learning—and we need passionate instructors to make it happen!

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deliver engaging classes based on your expertise
  • Collaborate with a Columbia State coordinator on scheduling and location
  • Teach in classrooms or field settings or online
  • Assist in identifying target audience and support efforts to market to that audience and drive enrollment
 

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Significant experience in subject area
    • Passionate about teaching content and inspiring others
    • Strong communication and instructional skills
    • Ability to adapt content for diverse learners
  • Preferred:
    • Teaching experience
    • Formal education in field

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
