Victor Valley College will be recruiting for (Tenure-Track), Full-Time Faculty positions, scheduled to begin in the Fall 2026 semester.
COMPENSATION:
Initial salary placement ranges from $67,886 to $106,308, based upon education and experience. The current faculty salary schedule includes five classes and twenty steps with a maximum annual salary of $142,425.

Victor Valley College is a progressive and innovative two-year community college serving approximately 10,000 students in the scenic high desert region of southern California. The college core surrounds a man-made lake which is the focal point for academic contemplation and student activities.
In the past few years the college has undergone a millennium growth spurt. Among the new additions is an ultra-modern library and resource center, a multifaceted science building adjoined by a high tech planetarium, a main gym, a construction technology complex, a student activity and community conferencing center, a child care teaching center, an advanced technology center which includes nearly 900 individual computer stations, a 2-story Speech/Drama addition to the existing Performing Arts Center, an Adapted Physical Education Center and the Regional Public Safety Training Center, which opened to students at the beginning of the Spring 2012 Semester. The campus is completely networked and offers the latest computer and communication capabilities.
