Job Title: Coordinator of Valiant Launch: Learning and Social Success Program Department: Center for Student Accessibility Reports to: CSA Director Effective Date: June 1, 2026 # of Direct Reports: 8-10 Learning Specialists # of People Supported: All students (~45) enrolled in fee-based learning support program Job Description: The Coordinator provides leadership and direct oversight of the Valiant Launch: Learning and Social Success Program, a fee-based program at Manhattanville University. This position ensures high-quality support for students who are neurodivergent or who have disabilities that can affect their academic or social success, while also contributing to broader office initiatives that advance accessibility across campus. The Coordinator works closely with the Director and Assistant Director of the Center for Student Accessibility to foster positive student development, independence, and academic and personal success. Education: Master's degree in Special Education, Higher Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Salary: The salary for this position is $66,300. Hours Expectation:
