The Consortium for Faculty Diversity (CFD) https://arts-sciences.providence.edu/consortium-for-faculty-diversity/ consists of 40+ member institutions (liberal arts colleges), who host 1-2 year teaching fellowships in arts, humanities, social science, and science disciplines.
The Consortium invites applications for dissertation fellowships and post-doctoral fellowships from those who will contribute to the goal of creating a more inclusive academy with respect to their informed intellectual perspectives, lived experiences, and/or pedagogical approaches.
Application deadline is open (and rolling), and member institutions will reach out to you directly when they have fellowship opportunities for which you could be considered.

The Consortium for Faculty Diversity at Liberal Arts Colleges invites applications in all academic disciplines for Scholar-in-Residence appointments at more than 60 nationally ranked colleges and universities. CFD Consortia Colleges have access to all applications and appoint fellows based on their individual policies, procedures, and academic needs.
The Consortium invites applications for dissertation fellowships from candidates who will contribute to increasing the diversity of member colleges by increasing their ethnic and racial diversity, maximizing the educational benefits of diversity and/or increasing the number of professors who can and will use diversity as a resource for enriching the education of students.
Applicants must be able to provide evidence of U.S. citizenship or unconditional permanent residency status at the time of hire.
Scholars will receive a salary equivalent to that of Visiting Instructors at the host institution. Dissertation Scholars will teach one course per academic year at the sponsoring college or university and contribute to other campus activities. Mentoring on teaching, scholarship, and professional life at liberal arts colleges will be provided.
