  HARVARD DIVINITY SCHOOL announces five full-time positions as Research Associate and Visiting Faculty for 2027-28 in its Women’s Studies in Religion Program.  Proposals for book-length research projects utilizing both religion and gender as central categories of analysis and focusing on any religion are welcomed.   Salary for 2027-28 will be $65,000.   Applicants must have received their PhD (or equivalent terminal degree) by October 1, 2026.   Completed applications are due online by October 15, 2026 .

The Consortium for Faculty Diversity (CFD)   https://arts-sciences.providence.edu/consortium-for-faculty-diversity/ consists of 40+ member institutions (liberal arts colleges), who host 1-2 year teaching fellowships in arts, humanities, social science, and science disciplines. The Consortium invites applications for dissertation fellowships and post-doctoral fellowships from those who will contribute to the goal of creating a more inclusive academy with respect to their informed intellectual perspectives, lived experiences, and/or pedagogical approaches.   The Michigan Society of Fellows invites applications to its postdoctoral fellowship program for Ph.D.s in the humanities, arts, sciences, and professions. These positions at the University of Michigan are open to recent Ph.D.s who wish to pursue research opportunities while teaching at a major research university. Fellows are appointed as Assistant Professors in appropriate departments and as Postdoctoral Scholars in the Michigan Society of Fellows for three-year terms to begin August 25, 2027. The annual stipend will be $63,000, though some departments may have the capacity to provide additional salary support to better align the fellowship compensation with postdoctoral salary norms in their discipline.   For the 2027–2030 fellowship term, the Michigan Society of Fellows will also pilot a new Arts Initiative fellowship program, supporting one additional, dedicated fellowship position in the arts.
