Position Summary: The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Director leads the local SBDC office, providing guidance and support to small business owners while fostering economic development in the region. The Director manages all aspects of center operations, including training, counseling prospective and existing small business owners, client services, program development, community outreach, and budget oversight. This role serves as the primary liaison between the New Mexico SBDC, local businesses, community partners, and clients. The position reports to the ENMU-Roswell campus President, with a dual reporting line to the New Mexico SBDC.
