Campus Safety Officer Job Description Summary: To provide a safe and secure campus environment. Facilitate and encourage respect for the law, campus safety, and institutional policy. Provide a safe environment to foster student learning and development. Minimum Qualifications: Current BSIS Ca Guard card Current Adult CPR / AED /First Aid certificate Excellent Verbal and written communication skills Strong Customer Service Excellent report writing skills Technology Background (computer) Ability to problem solve Must be willing to work any shift, hours, weekends and holidays. 1 year experience in security in a college/university setting or equivalent on-the-job experience. Preferred Qualifications: 2 plus year experience in safety or security. Experience in college university setting.
