The Curriculum Support Coordinator provides coordination, project and change management coordination, and administrative support for the Academic Planning teams and their assigned programs, projects, and initiatives. The position supports key areas of academic planning, including the academic program lifecycle, program planning and review, assessment, regional and specialized accreditation support, and process improvement. The Curriculum Support Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact and frontline resource for coordinating activities, timelines, communications, documentation, and follow-up across these areas with internal and external stakeholders.
The position provides project coordination and accreditation support; assists with academic program planning, review, and lifecycle processes; and coordinates meetings, events, schedules, materials, communications, and other operational activities that support the work of the Academic Planning teams. The Curriculum Support Coordinator also supports special projects and other initiatives by organizing workflows, tracking deliverables and deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining resources and records, and helping ensure that planning and accreditation processes move forward efficiently and effectively.
The duties include, but are not limited to:
COORDINATES SPECIALIZED SUPPORT FOR ACADEMIC PLANNING PROGRAMS:
Coordinates program activities for the academic planning team and external stakeholders.
Initiates, plans, implements, and monitors projects and initiatives.
Prepares documents and supporting materials, including reports, timelines, charts, agendas, action items, and decisions.
Plans and executes logistics for meetings and major events.
Manages communications regarding programs, projects, and processes.
Serves as the first point of contact for customers regarding program initiatives, operations, and activities.
Coordinates related special projects and initiatives.
Coordinates activities with internal and external stakeholders.
COORDINATES ACADEMIC PLANNING PROCESSES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND RESOURCES:
Manages standard operating procedures, including inventories, schedules, cycles, and status reports.
Coordinates training events and maintains course materials.
Prepares documents and supporting materials, including graphical depictions, spreadsheets, and templates.
Manages documentation resulting from committees.
Updates websites for the academic planning team.
Monitors, responds to, or routes correspondence from shared email accounts and systems.
IMPLEMENTS AND MANAGES INFORMATION SYSTEM APPLICATIONS:
Develops content and standard operating processes to continuously meet customer expectations.
Troubleshoots application problems and content errors.
Manages application updates and enhancements.
Provides one-on-one and group training on application use.
Produces basic reports and distributes them to appropriate parties.
Manages access control and user permissions.
Serves as the primary interface with application vendors.
Manages application web landing pages.
Serves as the first point of contact for applications for customers, division staff, and vendors.
PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH UNIT OPERATION:
Troubleshoots technical and maintenance issues.
Supports management of the division's human and financial resources.
Helps organize and maintain division supplies and equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
OTHER DUTIES:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study and a minimum of 3 years in a related field.
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study and a minimum of 1 years in a related field.

Salary: $42,200.00/Annually-$46,400.00/Annually
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
