Assistant Softball Coach
Department of Intercollegiate Athletics
Full Time/Term Primary Responsibilities- Coaches, recruits, and provides oversight for student-athletes
- Performs administrative duties related to the softball program
- Promotes Southeast Missouri State University and athletics program through community involvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated successful softball coaching experience at the high school or college level
- Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to NCAA regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with students, faculty, community, and media
- Demonstrated ability to motivate student-athletes academically and athletically
- Ability to travel extensively with or without accommodations and work alternate work schedules including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
