Salary Range:
Librarian: Starting $53,196 annualized with flexibility, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.
Senior Librarian: Starting $60,918 annualized with flexibility, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

Job Summary
The UT San Antonio Libraries seek a Business and Data Analysis Librarian who demonstrates enthusiasm and creativity in a rapidly changing information environment. This position plays a key role in supporting the institution's teaching and research missions by serving as a relationship-centered liaison to the Alvarez College of Business, providing data-informed business research support, delivering course-integrated instruction and workshops for undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and research teams, and developing collections that support business disciplines.
The Business and Data Analysis Librarian designs, teaches, and assesses in-person, online, and hybrid workshops, instruction sessions, tutorials, research guides, and reusable learning resources that strengthen business research, data literacy, analytical reasoning, data visualization, and responsible AI and data-use practices. This position collaborates with faculty to develop online instructional content and assessments and provides consultations on applied data workflows, including research question refinement, data source selection, analysis planning, visualization strategies, reproducible research practices, and effective communication of research findings.

This position will work both on campus and remotely in Texas. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
