Job Summary/Basic Function
The Programmer Analyst II is responsible for supporting and enhancing enterprise business systems. This position documents business and technical requirements, defines project scope and objectives, and determines implementation strategies to achieve institutional goals. The role gathers and prioritizes customer requirements and works closely with functional business areas to ensure service and satisfaction goals are met.
The Programmer Analyst II participates as a team member or leads application development projects across all phases of application design and development, including enhancements, defect resolution, and custom reporting. This role provides technical support for the University's Ellucian Banner ERP suite and related third-party applications, ensuring reliable integrations, data integrity, and effective system functionality.

Working Conditions
Some nights and weekends may be required. Professional office environment. Position requires the individual to be on call for production support as needed. Have the ability to work remotely; requires a quiet, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet.
