Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Coordinator, Enrollment Technology & Communications supports institutional enrollment and student success initiatives by coordinating multi-channel communication plans and managing key enrollment technologies, including Recruit, Colleague, Sparkpost, Twilio, and the Ocelot Chatbot platform. The Coordinator develops and executes email, SMS, chatbot, and automated drip campaigns; maintains comprehensive communication calendars; and ensures consistent branding, message alignment, and strategic timing across the enrollment lifecycle. In partnership with Enrollment Communications & Analytics leadership, this role leverages CRM and SIS data to support targeted outreach, track student engagement, and contribute to reporting and dashboards that inform recruitment, onboarding, yield, and retention strategies.

Implement and execute targeted enrollment communication campaigns based on established strategies and plans across multiple platforms, including email, text messaging, social media, and print materials.Coordinate and implement assigned multi-channel communications (email, SMS, chatbot, phone) through content creation using Sparkpost, Twilio, Ocelot Chatbot, Recruit, and Colleague.Serve as the primary operational contact for troubleshooting and training related to Ocelot chatbot and live chat systems, ensuring staff proficiency and operational efficiency.Submit project requests for digital and print materials to Marketing & Communications through Workfront or Web Support Request to support promotion of events and initiatives in Student Services.Assist in developing dashboards and recurring reports summarizing performance of campaigns sent through Sparkpost, Twilio, and Ocelot.Support data integrity and list management between Recruit and Colleague, including segmentation logic and contact preferences.Monitor and refine chatbot responses to maintain accuracy and improve user experience, partnering with departments to expand knowledge base content.Collaborate with IT and Enrollment Communications leadership to assess and implement emerging technologies that improve communication and student support.Maintain a comprehensive enrollment communications calendar and ensure alignment with key institutional deadlines and initiatives.Analyze communication performance metrics and provide data driven recommendations to improve outreach effectiveness.Serve as knowledgeable resource for enrollment communication technologies, providing guidance to departments on best practices for student engagement.Generate and present cyclical performance reports on enrollment communication activities to leadership, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.Oversee the development and execution of targeted mailing campaigns, including admissions packets, to ensure timely delivery of critical enrollment information.Coordinate residency verification processes within mailed communications, ensuring compliance with institutional and state requirements while enhancing the student onboarding experience.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education
    • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Experience
    • Two to three years' experience in in higher education, marketing, communications, or a related role required.
    • High level of proficiency in MSOffice software required.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with chatbot or CRM/SIS software is preferred.
    • Three years' experience in a higher education environment preferred.


Working Conditions:

The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, utilizing computers, copiers, multi-line phones.Occasional work on the weekends for events or conference travel as needed and assigned.This position requires a background check and drug screen.

Hybrid Remote Eligible: Yes

Hiring Range:
10 Salary/Starting salary beginning at $60,064/annually, based on education and experience.

Competitive starting pay is dependent on education and experience.
