Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies
At the University of Texas at San Antonio, the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (within the College of Education and Human Development) empowers educators to become effective leaders in times of ambiguity and challenge. Through a faculty dedicated to responsive community partnerships, the department delivers a comprehensive graduate curriculum featuring a Master's in Educational Leadership and Higher Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
Salary Range: $3,500 per course.

Position Summary
The Department of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies in the College of Education and Human Development at The University of Texas at San Antonio invites applications for a Lecturer position to begin in Summer 2026. The primary responsibility of this role is teaching graduate-level courses within the department's core curriculum. The successful candidate will contribute to the department's mission of preparing transformational leaders by delivering instruction in areas related to K-12 Educational Leadership and/or Higher Education Administration. The expected teaching load for this position is a minimum of one course per semester.
