| Job Summary |
The Office of Assessment and Accreditation (OAA) is seeking an Office Assistant with an interest in using CANVA and generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to develop materials for the OAA. After software and procedural training, the Office Assistant will conduct general office tasks and assist with producing marketing materials for OAA.
This position has the opportunity for summer employment. |

The OAA serves administrators, faculty, and staff, so the Office Assistant will be expected to exhibit professionalism in communication, behaviors and appearance. Key to success for the Office Assistant is a willingness to follow university and department procedures at all times and to expand personal creative skills.
