Job Summary:  The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of various mechanical systems and equipment for high tech buildings. This position helps identify and resolve problems with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems under the guidance of a supervisor. The HVAC Maintenance Technician is also expected to complete facility requests related to electrical work, plumbing, furniture moves, and other work orders as assigned. This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager.
