Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant assists in the daily operations of the Registrar's office, including review of all incoming paperwork, emails and documentation, assisting visitors with excellent customer service, and a wide-variety of administrative support duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES : 1. Facilitates all aspects of coverage for the Registrar Welcome Area
Answers main telephone number, answering questions and directing appropriately
Greets and provides information to visitors, students, university staff and faculty
Provides guidance and assistance to students using office workstations and online university processes
Reviews, collects and distributes documents and records received from visitors and from incoming mail
