JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Identify and resolve network issues, including performance problems, connectivity issues, and assist with security incidents as needed. Communicate with other IT teams on problems and update status as needed. Maintain data wiring and fiber infrastructure, and document the data network including topology and connections.
