Definition   THE POSITION Golden West College is seeking a full-time, equity-minded, tenure-track faculty member in Counseling, commencing with the Fall 2025 semester. The primary teaching assignment involves all areas of Counseling with an added focus specifically on the College Autism Program. This assignment also includes curriculum and program development; participation in department, division, and college committees; participatory governance activities assuming leadership roles both within the department and in the institution as a whole; collaboration across disciplines; the leveraging of student support resources; participation in ongoing professional development; and maintaining and performing required accreditation for the program.
