ATSU - Analyst Desktop Support Description Analyst Desktop Support is a third tier relating to desktop services at ATSU. The person in this position, will be working under minimal supervision, will mentor other technicians in providing end-user support for the processes. Analyst Desktop Support will keep his/her supervisor apprised of new developments or techniques listed. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the smooth running of desktop technology on both campuses, CHCs, Regional sites and for all ATSU students, both residential and non-traditional. Resolve issues when escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians. Prepare processes in order to introduce new technology to ATSU, while maintaining current technology to optimum standards.
