Student Support Services Academic Specialist - Limited Term Reporting to the Director of TRIO Student Support Services (SSS), the Limited Term Student Support Services (SSS) Academic Specialist will coordinate programming and offer academic advising services to foster students' academic success and personal development. This position will work with campus stakeholders to support student retention, progression, and graduation. The Department of Education federally funds the TRIO Student Support Services program, serving 140 students. The program offers comprehensive support services, including peer tutoring, math, reading, and English instruction skills, academic advising, counseling, career planning, and financial aid application assistance.
