This position will guide in retention, care practices for the university, maintain traditions, establish a vision for future direction on campus for Fraternity & Sorority Life ( FSL ), have knowledge regarding best practices in Student Affairs and fraternity and sorority advising, combine with needs of the institution, be responsible for providing holistic advising and leadership of the Greek community, serve as primary representative of the university’s FSL system to external constituencies.
