Typist 2 P/T (Employment & Training Administration) The Employment & Training Administration is currently seeking a part-time Typist 2 to join their team. The Typist 2 will provide administrative support and assistance to the youth employment programs including payroll, data entry and organization of program documentation. This is a public-facing role that involves extensive interaction with the general public. Key responsibilities include:
Answering phones, directing calls, sending emails and responding to incoming emails, and assisting with referral to resources.
Assist staff and supervisors with administrative support, tasks, preparing materials, and assisting youth and families with questions and projects as needed.
Enter data for payroll for youth program participants; enter data for reporting purposes for youth program participants.
Timesheet collection, filing and organization both electronically and otherwise.
