ASSISTANT DIRECTOR / CMU CARES Position Number: S-3899 Position Summary: The Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of case management support for students living in university housing who come to the attention of CMU CARES and may be experiencing challenges in areas such as personal well-being, safety concerns, basic needs and academics through a variety of interventions, referrals, and follow-up services. This includes supervision of Care Advocate staff providing case management support for on-campus students, collaborating with Residence Life staff on response path process and training support, and maintaining a case management caseload.
