Laborer I Responsible for assisting in performing general building and grounds maintenance work at the Newburgh Campus. Duties include mowing and trimming vegetation and grass; Assisting in performing general building and grounds maintenance work including, but not limited to, painting and renovating; door, window and hardware repair; Set up of rooms and furniture for various functions; May operate motor equipment in the performance of duties;.
