Outreach and Community Engagement Coordinator Job Description Summary:
This position supports LFCE’s outreach, partnership development, and recruitment pipeline efforts in coordination with Enrollment Management and Admissions. The role does not independently manage admissions processes, enrollment strategy, applicant decision-making, financial aid packaging, or university-level recruitment campaigns. The Outreach and Community Engagement Coordinator strengthens LFCE’s TK–12 educator, counselor, and leadership preparation pipelines through partnership development, community engagement, fieldwork and internship expansion, and coordinated outreach activities.
