Associate Director, Student Conduct & Community Standards Job Summary: The Associate Director of Student Conduct & Community Standards assists with the overall coordination and administration of the student conduct process, including database management, correspondence with students, and tracking sanction completion. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a conduct educator and adjudicate alleged violations of college policy. Coordinate and facilitate the training of Residence Life staff. Oversee the Area Coordinators regarding their role as conduct educators by providing guidance and mentorship and ensuring effective case management. Prepare and maintain accurate and thorough records for all student conduct cases.
