Job Summary
The Student Office Assistant will provide quality customer support relating to student accounts and daily office tasks.
Essential Duties
Post payments to student accounts and general ledger.
Distribute student checks.
Perform document imaging tasks.
Verify all work with Student ID and compare to student name for accuracy.
Provide customer support at the counter and over the telephone.
Will train for all duties assigned.
Required Qualifications
MWSU Student
Degree Seeking
At least an overall 2.0 GPA
Enrolled at least part-time
Financial Aid Work Study eligibility is a plus.
