Assistant Director, Alumni Engagement Job Summary: The Rollins College Institutional Advancement - Alumni Engagement team is seeking an Assistant Director to join their team! This position, aligned with the Rollins College Alumni Engagement Strategic Plan, will provide support for all aspects of the plan - with primary focus on the Early Engagement / Global Network section. This dedicated role will work to create stronger alumni awareness and loyalty with current Rollins students and recent graduates (alumni graduating in the past ten years) while supporting the initiative to better engage alumni outside the United States. The Assistant Director has three primary target focal points: Development and execution of a specific recent alumni strategic plan to engage and steward recent alumni and seniors as they prepare to graduate.
