COM Career Advisor R-0002870 Kansas City Campus Job Type: Staff Job Description: The COM Career Advisor serves as the liaison for career and residency placement for College of Osteopathic Medicine students, performing high-level career and residency advising. Executes a wide range of duties, which include coordinating the needs of students, such as providing career counseling, specialty selection, residency application plan development, and conducting one-on-one meetings. Additionally, monitors residency placement outcomes and data, manages reporting, facilitates training, addresses information requests, and participates in match processes and events.
