Transfer Credit Evaluator and ASSIST Coordinator Job Description Summary: The Transfer Credit Evaluator and ASSIST Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of articulation agreements and transfer information within the ASSIST database. This position serves as the campus liaison to the ASSIST Coordination Site ( ACS ) and ensures that articulation data is current, accurate, and accessible to students, counselors, and faculty. As the Transfer Credit Evaluator, this position is also responsible for reviewing and evaluating incoming transcripts for transfer and advanced placement credit, processing credit for continuing students, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and academic standards. Registration Specialist Job Description Summary: In compliance with FERPA guidelines, this position provides comprehensive support to the student population in matters related to transcripts, registration, and enrollment services. Responsibilities include processing course schedules, transcript requests, and enrollment verifications, as well as serving as a VA Certifying Official.
