Appeals & Registration Specialist Job Description Summary: In compliance with FERPA guidelines, this position provides comprehensive support to the student population in matters related to transcripts, registration, and enrollment services. This position serves as the primary point of contact for appeals to University policy. Additional tasks include supporting the front service window, main phone line, and office email accounts, processing transcript requests, and enrollment verifications. The role also provides general student support and assists with special projects as assigned by the Registrar or Assistant Registrar.
