Salary Range: Up to $70,000 annualized, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

Job Details Job SummaryThe Associate Director for Recruitment is responsible for administrative and supervisory skills in collaboration with faculty and students. Plan and provide programming for special groups of students. This role develops and implements recruitment plans, and targeted recruitment events both on and off campus.
Core Responsibilities- Manages, hires, and provides ongoing training for faculty, staff, and student assistants.
- Evaluates potential students and works with faculty or administrators to convey criteria and standards for admission to the college.
- Serves as a point of contact for college recruitment and serves as liaison to the Office of Admissions.
- Develops and manages appropriate reporting tools for recruitment activities.
- Communicates with and acts as a liaison to internal and external college, university, and community entities.
- Maintains internal and external reports and data.
- Attends, supports, and participates in all recruitment events both on and off campus.
- Coordinates and facilitates both on-campus and off-campus recruiting events. This will include traveling to campuses to provide students with information about academic programs and developing marketing materials with college communications.
- Analysis of recruitment programming includes the collection of student demographics following FERPA, regulations with strategic use to match recruitment goals.
- Implements a communication life cycle to move prospective students to matriculate.
- Develops relationships with high school counselors and specific-focused high school programs to promote UT San Antonio programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Five (5) years of related work experience.
- This position requires the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure.

- Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events.
- Workdays, areas, and work hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
Physical Demands- Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary, if walking and standing are required, only occasionally. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
This position will work
both on UT San Antonio Downtown campus and remotely in Texas. Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
This position is contingent upon a successful background check. Verification of a valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) may be completed as applicable. Applicants selected must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States by time of hire.
