WPI's Business School (the Business School) seeks motivated applicants for the tenure-track position of Assistant Professor in Work and Organizations/Organizational Behavior to build on the university's strengths in the future of work, organizing, and leadership in the digital age. Successful candidates must be prepared to conduct high-impact research, publish in high-quality outlets and commit to high-quality teaching. Candidates with interests in ethnographic and qualitative work are especially encouraged to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTIONA Ph.D. in management, organization studies, or other related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with an ability to engage in high-quality scholarship and high-quality teaching, and have demonstrated interests in creativity, innovation, or leadership; how digital tools and technologies (including artificial intelligence (AI)) are transforming workplace dynamics, organizations, careers, and industries; social impact, sustainability and ethics in the age of AI; or leading and managing cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary teams. Candidates should demonstrate ability and willingness to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level.

The Business School offers seven STEM designated undergraduate majors (including Integrated Management Engineering), seven master's degrees, a Ph.D. degree, and an Executive PhD degree. Compensation: Salary range: $135,000 - $145,000 per year. Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. WPI's
