Description
A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking an non- exempt Clinic Inventory Coordinator on the Mesa, Arizona campus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures all appropriate supplies and equipment are inventoried, received and distributed in accordance with proper and prudent practices.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand and replenish stock accordingly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve any issues related to shipments.
- Generate reports on inventory turnover, stock levels and other key metrics.
Skills & Experience:
- High School Graduate.
- Previous inventory/supply room experience needed to implement inventory tracking system.
- Understanding of supply chain management.
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work well under high pressure situations.
- Must have a mature, professional attitude at all times.
- Must be flexible and organized with the ability to change assignments with little direction.
