The Success Navigator provides comprehensive support services to all students participating in the Rural RNs Rise (R3) grant with a focus on removing barriers to student success and facilitating completion of healthcare pathway programs. This position serves as the primary point of contact for student support services and completion grant administration. The Success Navigator will collaborate with the Transition Pathway Coordinator, the Nursing Program Director, the Nursing faculty team, and the Dean for Health Sciences on all grant related activities. The Success Navigator will participate in instruction in the on-campus laboratory and/or clinical setting.

*This position is funded through the Tennessee Higher Education Commission's (THEC) Rural Health Care Pathways Expansion (RHCPE) grant, Rural RNs Rise (R3): Growing Caregivers, which ends 7/31/2029. Funding of the position beyond the grant period is not guaranteed.
Hiring Salary Range: $38,710- $46,450
This position is based at the Columbia, TN Campus.
