
Adjunct Faculty- Head Men's Soccer Coach

Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Men's Soccer Coach is responsible for all phases
of the Men's soccer program in accordance with the National Junior College Athletic
Association's (NJCAA) rules and philosophies. In conjunction with and approval from the Director of
Athletics, the head coach will provide program direction and vision, establish Student-Athlete
recruitment strategies and goals, oversee and supervise assistant and volunteer coaches, assist
with Student-Athlete academic success, create competition strategies and practice plans, deliver
coaching direction to student athletes, coordinate with sports information and training staffs,
assure proper oversight of practices and games and assure full education of and compliance with
NJCAA and Grand Rapids Community College (GRCC) Regulations.
