Experience Required:

Responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating the activities, operations and staff assigned to the College's facilities rentals and grounds program. The incumbent will coordinate inquiries, manage permits for the use of college facilities by outside groups; work with departments to coordinate the use and scheduling of all College facilities and equipment; coordinate grounds maintenance, repairs and improvements; and perform related duties as assigned. To foster a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the College; lead by example; actively participate in and support College-wide participatory governance components and activities and other collaborative processes; encourage professional excellence among the staff and promote an organizational culture of customer service, innovation, efficiency, and quality services. SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED Receives general supervision of assigned duties from the Senior Director of College Facilities or designee of the President. Exercises functional and technical supervision over grounds staff and other professional, technical, administrative support, contracted and/or other staff as assigned.
