The Men's Head Baseball Coach will develop a highly competitive men’s baseball program, consistent with the student athlete philosophy of TCCAA/NJCAA Division I, which generates college and community enthusiasm and support. This is a 10-month position (August through May) located on the Columbia, TN Campus.   Essential Functions Serve as men’s baseball coach including recruiting, organization of practice, game scheduling, and promotion of the program.  Works within approved budgets and manage scholarship, operating, travel and fundraising budgets for the program. The Enrollment Recruiter  provides admissions and enrollment services to prospective students and their families through the coordination of a campus tour program, communicating new student orientation information, high school visits, dual enrollment, and targeted recruitment of special populations among other programs.  Essential Functions Work as part of Admissions and Recruiting team to deliver high-quality customer service for students seeking enrollment services on campuses and throughout the service region.
