The Maintenance Mechanic will provide technical expertise and labor to maintain college equipment for a safe, comfortable environment for students, faculty, staff and community.   Essential Functions: Conducts preventative maintenance program through inspections and system evaluation. Duties include electrical, plumbing Heating Ventilation Air Condition (HVAC) repairs, facility structural repairs, facility renovations and/or construction. Recommends materials and methods of accomplishment and issues material requisitions Assists supervisor in campus keying systems. Cut and issue keys, make cores and repair locks and hardware.
