Job Summary The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations (for over 250 full and part-time employees) within the University to include developing HR strategies, provide guidance to senior management, managing and enforcing policies, and ensure HR needs align with the University objectives. In addition, this person will plan, lead, and enforce recruitment, management, and employee relations policies.
