CFA Associate Director, Student Services Job Summary The College of Fine Arts ( CFA ) Associate Director of Student Services is responsible for planning and executing strategic efforts to improve CFA student services, including student recruitment, leadership, belonging, curricular navigation, internships and industry partnerships, career preparation, degree completion, and alumni engagement. Responsibilities Lead CFA Student Services • Serve as the Dean's delegate for student services needs • Serve on the CFA Executive Committee and Dean's Cabinet • Collaborate and meet regularly with the assigned Directors of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies, Director of Advising and Academic Advisors • Process student petitions Ensure CFA students have access to proactive student support services, including: • Supervise CFA Administrative Assistant, CFA Internship Coordinator, and CFA interns/work study employees • Coordinate staffing and supplies for campuswide events,...
