The Success Navigator provides comprehensive support services to all students participating in the Rural RNs Rise (R3) grant with a focus on removing barriers to student success and facilitating completion of healthcare pathway programs. This position serves as the primary point of contact for student support services and completion grant administration.  The Success Navigator will collaborate with the Transition Pathway Coordinator, the Nursing Program Director, the Nursing faculty team, and the Dean for Health Sciences on all grant related activities.  The Success Navigator will participate in instruction in the on-campus laboratory and/or clinical setting. Part-Time Temporary - Lab Monitor (Pool) 2026

Lab Monitors will: Assist IT staff with managing and re-imaging pc’s, general desktop support (setups, moves), staff the helpdesk as needed, and assist users with 1st level technology issues. Responsibilities include monitoring and cleanup of pc labs, and assisting other students, staff and faculty with basic technology questions. Students will periodically check inventory and ensure computer labs are in good working order and clean. This position is designed to provide short-term support and is not intended to transition into permanent employment. Hours may vary, but will not exceed 29 hours per week.
