Job Summary:
As Chair of Nursing, this open-rank, tenure-track role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the College’s largest and most dynamic department. The Chair provides strategic and academic leadership for faculty, clinical partners, and student support staff while fostering a collaborative, student-centered culture. In addition to teaching across the fall and spring semesters, the Chair oversees the CCNE-accredited Baccalaureate Nursing program and plays a pivotal role in expanding the College’s nursing offerings, including the anticipated launch of an Accelerated RN program, an RN-to-BS pathway, and the long-term development of a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program.
