Reporting to the UICDA CEO or delegate, this position maintains a consistent presence on the NIC campus and partners with Strategic Enrollment Management and academic units to implement data-informed recruitment, outreach and pathway development strategies that drive transfer enrollment growth, improve student outcomes and strengthen regional partnerships in North Idaho.
