Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) Success Specialist - Part Time, Grant Funded We are currently seeking a qualified Youth Empowerment Program (YEP) Success Specialist, who will perform diverse tasks in a program dedicated to out-of-school youth. This position assists with recruiting eligible youth (ages 16-24) into the program, guiding them through the intake and enrollment process, and assist youth with developing education and career goals. The Specialist assists with gathering accurate records of participant progress, outcomes, and achievements while supporting a youth-centered experience.   Summary: The Program Director serves as the founding academic and administrative leader responsible for the design, approval, accreditation preparation, and launch of the University’s Cardiovascular/Clinical Perfusion program. Reporting to senior academic leadership, the Director will provide strategic vision, academic leadership, and operational oversight from initial program development through the successful enrollment and support of the inaugural cohort.
