This position supports Testing Services along with providing assistance to the Testing Services Department and Student Affairs Division. This position is located primarily on the Columbia, TN Campus. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   Provide proctoring support for all exams administered in Testing Services including Accuplacer, HiSet, Graduation Exit Exam, ACT On-Campus, ACT National, PearsonVue and individually proctored exams for Distance Education, TN eCampus and special needs testing. Greet visitors, assess needs, and respond to requests for information.  Make referrals to Academic Support Services and Distance Education Department staff and campus community as needed. Perform general clerical duties including managing incoming phone calls, scheduling students for appointments and managing incoming and outgoing written correspondence for the department.
