Maker Program Coordinator Job Description: Champlain College is growing its Maker Program and seeking a Maker Program Coordinator to lead and expand maker experiences for students, faculty, and staff. The Maker Program-part of the Library ecosystem alongside the Production Equipment Rental House- elevates the making and creative ways of knowing to help students at Champlain make the most of our experience-included curriculum. The Maker Program provides the Champlain community with access to a variety of hand, power, and electronic tools including 3D printers, laser cutters, a vinyl cutter, and sewing machines. The Coordinator manages all aspects of the Maker Program, from leading workshops and tool trainings to maintaining equipment, supervising student employees, and collaborating with faculty to integrate maker experiences into the curriculum.
