Financial Business Analyst Job Summary: The Finance Department at Rollins College is seeking a Financial Business Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and data‑driven decision‑making efforts across the College.
General ledger accounting, including journal entry preparation, researching transactions, and reconciling activity.
Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and address them using analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations.
Develop/update reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools.
Research, analyze and develop advanced reports and spreadsheets for organizational and departmental needs.
Providing budget management training and support to College's business units and departments; including research of accounting entries, consultation & assistance, generation of reports & instructions on procedures for interaction with Finance Office.
