Mechanic I: This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of university vehicles, construction equipment and landscape-care equipment. It will provide technical support and customer service to other department programs and maintenance operations.
Duties may include:
Maintain and repair university vehicles and equipment
Maintain shop tools and equipment
Perform diagnostics
Maintain an inventory and record of parts
Provide customer service
Assist with other maintenance duties
Other duties as assigned
